AMF issues warning on new entities with irregular activities in January 2025

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) is an independent public institution in France that regulates, authorizes, and supervises financial market participants. Among other things, it carries out inspections, investigations, and enforcement when necessary.

The AMF published a blacklist of unregulated entities in January. These illegal entities involved foreign exchange, binary options, various commodities, crypto asset derivatives, usurpation, etc. Activists who have been warned by the Financial Markets Authority and/or usurped regulated activities will have a serious impact on the investment security of French transactions and will threaten the security and transparency of the world's investment environment.
